The name Portico comes from the Latin word porch. And the Koldin House, where we are located, has a great front porch. Come for the coffee stay for the vibes. There's plenty of outdoor seating around the community garden, where fresh vegetables are grown. There's 3 gazebos to gather under, and there's seats on the eponymous porch itself. With temperatures on the decline, be sure to make use of all the outdoor spaces!
