Chef Juan Ramon Cardenas, together with his culinary team, are constantly searching for the new ingredients from the region, in order to bring flavors that surprise the palate for each dish due to it's tradition, but also due to it's technique and presentation.

Much like the desert oasis in Coahuila that it’s named for, the Cuatrocienegas is a welcome sight on a warm day.

Made with Cañada Rum, raspberry and blackberry puree, lime juice, agave and Topochico, it’s fruit-forward and effervescent. Your own little oasis in Fort Worth.

The Don Artemio Rosewood Ranch Striploin is a Texas Wagyu striploin steak dry aged in house for 17 days.

It's excellent when eaten with a plain old knife and fork. But have you tried it in a warm, housemade blue corn tortilla? Now that’s bliss.

We were so honored to be featured by the YouTube trio of Steven Lim, Andrew Ilnyckyj, and Adam Bianchi. Their videos seek not just to discover delicious food, but also to understand its origins and truly experience its flavors.

They chatted with Chef Rodrigo Cárdenas and spent some time in the Don Artemio kitchen before trying our guacamole with both chapulines (grasshoppers) and ribeye chicharrones, blue corn tortillas and nopalitos fritos.

Watch the video to learn more about these dishes and see these foodies experience Don Artemio. https://youtu.be/kW9OKzep1lM?si=r5ICtCnIRvGj48WT
