Some delicious dessert boxes were delivered yesterday!!!

The lemon vanilla sugar cookies were soooooo good!!! Perfect for summer! Bright lemon and sweet white chocolate chips throughout 🍋

The loaded chocolate chip cookies with sea salt are ALWAYS a hit, and that’s why they are always included! Soft and chewy all the way around 🍪

And the brownies…. Ohhhh the brownies!!!! Everyone who has my brownies says they are THEE best. This month I added Reese’s pieces. 🍫 My favorite version might be the Andes mint or s’mores!

You ever just have a cookie so good it makes your whole body warm and fuzzy?? 🥰 🍪 that’s how I feel about my chocolate chip cookies 😍

There’s a few ways I bake my cookies. Sheet tray method (1st photo), muffin-top method (2nd photo), and puck-style method (3rd photo).

Each has their own uniqueness:

-The sheet tray method spreads out and produces a crunchy edge with chewy-gooey centers.
-The muffin top method yields a slight curved bottom edge that is firm and chewy but not crispy, with a nice chewiness in the center and softness all the way around.
-Lastly, my favorite: the puck style. My puck style cookies are thick and soft and chewy all the way around from edge to center.

Which style do you like?! My husband likes the crunchy edges but I want it soft all the way through!

I posted a while back about possibly doing some cookie/brownie boxes at the end of June, but it will now be July 1st! Just in time to order for your 4th of July celebrations!

Sooooo MONTHLY DESSERT BOXES:
🗣️ Every month I make dessert boxes for company birthdays. I also offer them to the general public because who doesn’t love a variety of cookies and brownies made and delivered the next day?! 🤩

July dessert boxes will be available in TWO sizes: Full Dozen and Half Dozen.
Full Dozen is $40 & Half Dozen is $20.

Hey everyone! It feels like I have been going non-stop since March, but June has been so jam packed with events every day and I have been insanely busy!

I haven’t really had time to post the weddings I’ve done this month, so here’s a little sneak peek at the cakes and dessert bars from them!

I finally have three days off in a row!!! So my plan is to REST and enjoy this beautiful weather we’re having!

It’s my birthday!!!! 🥳♊️🎉

So far today I have baked 16 dozen cookies, 8 dozen cupcakes, a full sheet carrot cake, and am currently making about 25 lbs of buttercream, and Ice all of that cake! Whew! 🤯 💪 👩‍🍳

Just a reminder that I will NOT be at the Allen County Marketplace this Saturday due to a private event!

I WILL however be doing an event on June 28th…. More details to come!!

It feels like it’s been forever since I posted last! May sure was busy (and so is June)! Also, my birthday is this upcoming Monday! ♊️ 🎉 and it’s the busiest two weeks of this month, which means I probably won’t get a chance to post a bunch 🤪

Here are some updates regarding the summer!

🛍️ Allen County Marketplace:
I will NOT be at the Allen County Marketplace June 13th as I have a private event that day, and I will NOT be there on July 11th either because that is my wedding anniversary! At the same time I am sad to not participate, I am happy to be able to spend the days with my loved ones!

🌞 June & July
June: at the end of June I will be doing a cookie/brownie tasting box! There will be 6 flavors for $20. Delivery fee of $5-$10 depending on location. I will make a separate post for those preorders.

July: I have ~some~ open availability (for now!) so if you have been wanting to try my private chef services, monthly dessert boxes, or other services, contact me now to secure a spot in July!
