Ok my friends, although we don’t have our ten coops ready yet we have seperated the grown breeds we have and I will be collecting eggs all week and next Sunday they will be put in the incubator. If you are wanting any please let me know as soon as possible. I already have the first two orders on the list. I will have

I had posted my Chicken coops that are in the process of being built and many people wanted to follow along. We are using two 40 ft Sea Containers. Each 40 ft container will have 5 coops in each that measure 8x8. The floors will be Rhino lined and covered with Linoleum for easy cleanup. We cut out the doors and used square tubing so that they would be sturdy. Each coop will have two 8 ft roosting bars either sand tables underneath for easy cleanup of poo. Nesting boxes will be under the tables. Each coop will have an 8x56 ft chicken run . Also we painted the tops of the Sea Containers with Stay Cool to help with the heat. We will be putting an additional roof over the Containers also to help keep them cool. Vents and fans will be added for ventilation.
