Want to level up your coffee skills at home?

If you haven’t taken one of our coffee classes yet, next Saturday is the perfect time to join us!

On Saturday, September 5th, we’re hosting two hands-on workshops designed to help you take some of what we do behind the bar at Lima and bring it into your own home.

10:30 AM — Espresso Workshop
Learn how to dial in lighter-roast espresso, explore turbo shots, and get more out of your home espresso setup.

2:30 PM — Latte Art Workshop
Learn the fundamentals of steaming milk, pouring, and creating beautiful latte art — with hands-on practice.

Both workshops are taught by Thatcher, our Quality Control Manager and certified Q Grader, so this is also a great opportunity to bring all your coffee questions! Our classes are intentionally kept small and hands-on, giving you plenty of time to ask questions, practice, and get personalized guidance.

And you’ll head home with a free bag of Lima coffee to keep practicing. ☕️

Whether you’re a home barista looking to refine your skills or simply want to understand coffee on a deeper level, we’d love to have you.

Most of you don’t know… but Old Town almost didn’t happen. As some of you know, we started as a kiosk in Foothills Mall, and always dreamed of having a brick and mortar shop one day. When we looked at the building our Old Town shop is in, it seemed too big of a leap and we weren’t sure if it would work. We didn’t know if we’d be able to fill the seats but felt led to do it. Almost 5 years later, we can’t thank you enough for each person that has walked through those doors. You’ve built a community that we always dreamed of and for that, we can’t thank you enough!
