After owning his dad’s bakery for a few years, Jean Claude came to the U.S. and found his home for 17 years in Key West, Florida where he owned “Croissants de France”, a business cherished by locals and tourists. Serving the Fort Collins, CO area today, we provide great tasting food that’s prepared fresh with the highest quality of ingredients. Jean Claude takes pride in baking the artisan way: no preservatives, no mixed powders, no chemicals.
