Gravity? Optional. 💙✨

Inspired by Fauna's unforgettable "almost falling" birthday cake, this gravity-defying design was one of the most fun engineering challenges I've tackled.

Every detail was handcrafted—from the whimsical lean and flowing blue drips to the little broom "holding" everything together. The best part? It looked like it was about to topple over... but it arrived at the party perfectly intact!

Proof that allergy-friendly wedding cakes can be every bit as elegant as any traditional wedding cake. ✨

This three-tier wedding cake featured gluten-free vanilla cake layered with dairy-free vanilla buttercream and was designed with soft ivory textures, touches of gold and silver, sparkling accents, and romantic florals. The couple finished the design with a meaningful keepsake topper that will serve as a reminder of their wedding day for years to come.

Delivered to The Venue at Country Place Farm in Gainesville, Georgia, this cake was created so guests with dietary restrictions could celebrate right alongside everyone else—without sacrificing beauty or flavor.

One of my favorite parts of designing wedding cakes is helping couples create a dessert that reflects their style, their story, and their needs.
