As the day has winded down we want to say thank you to everyone who came and gave us a try today we hope everyone enjoyed it and we see yall again soon tomorrow is our big grand opening and we will have sweets added to the menu we will have fruity pebble cookies,chocolate chip,banana pudding, and peach cobbler cookies as well as original, Oreo cheesecake, banana pudding and fruity pebble cinnamon rolls!! We will also have our loaded waffles will be back as well!! We will try to have the cinnamon rolls done when we open if not we will post when they are available!!!

We want to thank everyone for being patient with us as we learn our volume in the restaurant!! We didn’t expect such a huge turnout today we were completely unprepared but we will be prepared tomorrow we can’t say thank yall enough!! For the patience and we are so blessed to have been as busy as we have been yall sold us out 3 times and we are now cooking and getting caught back up a 4th time again thank yall so much!!! We also want to say a huge thank you to Hey Shoals TV for coming and shooting the video for us yesterday we are definitely blessed!!

TUSCUMBIA, AL 📍 The Loadout GRAND OPENING is this Saturday!

This spot started as a food truck and has now moved into a brick and mortar in Tuscumbia, and after trying a few things… there were no misses.

🍗 Loaded Nashville Hot Chicken Baked Potato
🌽 Mexican Street Corn Nachos
🥓 Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap
🍋 Fresh Squeezed Lemonade (Swamp Juice)

I'd order all these again pending on what I'm craving, but the chicken bacon ranch wrap was probably my favorite. The garlic butter crisp on the tortilla was SO good.
