ne can enjoy. A Taste of Hawaii focuses on offering authentic Hawaiian-Asian fusion dishes, the freshest sushi and best burgers in town. Chef Jakobsen’s “Da Kine” menu includes everything from Fish & Chips to Tacos and “Mixed Plates,” an all-inclusive meal combining two scoops of rice, Hawaiian style macaroni salad and an entrée item that is a combination of fresh local ingredients, Hawaiian sauces and Asian spices. The sushi segment of the menu features Chef’s Jakobsen’s original creations mingled with traditional favorites. And finally, all natural, organic beef burgers entice with fresh fixings and hearty flavors makes this American favorite one of the most popular items on the menu. If you would like to say that you tried a real Hawaii favorite – take a chance and try a “Spam Musubi”; less Hawaii-centric – try a musubi with Panko Prawns, Pulled Pork or Teriyaki Chicken.
