I've had so many requests for cookie cakes and I need you to know its in the works! Turns out, my normal amount of chocolate chips is a tish excessive for a cookie cake. 😅

Anywho. The cake I made my cake hating hubby for his birthday this past weekend 🙃

Do you see all those strawberry specks?! 😍

Friends, I have good news and I have bad news.

The good news is we have a game plan for recovery! 🎉

The bad news is my schedule is about to look vastly different while I go through physical therapy. 😫

I will update with more details as soon as I can, but as of right now, I'm still sliding through the house in a desk chair and will have help getting orders out the front door until I am off crutches. 🙃

On a different note, as much as I love you guys, I will ABSOLUTELY fall on the order next time 🤣

Kinda chic to be someone's "I know a baker" 😏Step by step of the apple crumble brioche rolls 🤤

I've been so busy the past couple weeks and pictures have been the last thing on my mind. 😅

Small recap of what I've been up to:
- 3 orders of Apple Brioche Rolls yesterday
- 2 dozen cupcakes yesterday
- My FIRST tiered cake that also happened to be my FIRST character cake last week
- Chocolate chip cookies & Cinnamon Rolls for a bday girl not big on cake last week

Annnddd all of it done while rolling through the house in a desk chair 🤣

You guys are incredible and I am so honored to be able to serve you! 🥰

Did you know that Baking Ground shares a Birthday Month with my oldest *intentionally*?

If you're new here, my oldest was the first to be diagnosed with Celiac. He is the reason I have learned everything to be able to serve the Shoals.

So today, we celebrate N!

Peep those gorgeous layers from his cake 🤤😋
