Please join us in welcoming Jonelle to the Alkemy team! 🖤

Jonelle is bringing years of training and baking experience to Alkemy and we couldn’t be more excited.

Alkemy is a small, local team, and everyone works incredibly hard to keep this place running and growing. Wile we have been baking many of our pastries in-house for a while now, keeping up with demand hasn’t always been easy. Jonelle has already jumped in and has been dreaming up unique new creations for our pastry case that we can’t wait for you to try.

Stop by Alkemy and see what she baked that day, you never know what you might find! And if you aren’t already familiar with Jonelle’s work, check out her Instagram page to see the incredible, beautifully decorated cakes she creates Jonelle Pezza

Welcome to Alkemy, Jonelle! We’re so happy you’re here. ✨

I’m so excited to announce Alkemy Apothecary Nights ✨

As some of you know I (Valentina) am an herbalist and aromatherapist, and this new workshop series brings together so many of the things I love most: plants, scent, seasonal wellness, and hands-on creating.

Each class will be a cozy, sensory experience centered around a seasonal topic, with plenty of smelling, blending, and learning along the way.

Come spend an evening at Alkemy with me while slowly building your own home apothecary with remedies for common concerns and simple self-care tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Sign-ups are required for each workshop. Reserve your spot through the link in bio 🌿

Our new seasonal menu has officially arrived, and this year we went straight to the apothecary for inspiration ✨

- Rosemary + juniper steeped into a woodland syrup for matcha
- Elderberry + hibiscus transformed into a sparkling cold-season potion
- Rose + raspberry leaf tucked into a warming tea latte
- High-phenolic olive oil swirled into espresso
- Real pumpkin + spice (because no fall menu is complete without her) 🎃

Our botanical syrups are made in house from organic whole herbs and spices: crushed, steeped + strained by us, because we think seasonal drinks should taste as magical as they sound.

Come choose your fall potion. ☕️🍁

Today we turn 2 and we could not be more grateful for the wonderful people who make this place what it is, from the dedicated and talented humans behind the bar who not only remember your name and your order, but do their best to make sure your experience is memorable, to the people in our local community who show their support by making us a part of their day, wether they are just grabbing a quick coffee or spending their remote work day with some much needed nourishment for the mind and body, we have always loved what this space does for the community, a place where you can beat the heat or escape the cold, meet an old friend or a new date, work on a stressful deadline project, and a place where you belong as soon as you step through the door, a space for all. We love you all and can't thank you enough for the opportunity to serve this wonderful community. Thanks a latte! ☕️🏭
