Today we turn 2 and we could not be more grateful for the wonderful people who make this place what it is, from the dedicated and talented humans behind the bar who not only remember your name and your order, but do their best to make sure your experience is memorable, to the people in our local community who show their support by making us a part of their day, wether they are just grabbing a quick coffee or spending their remote work day with some much needed nourishment for the mind and body, we have always loved what this space does for the community, a place where you can beat the heat or escape the cold, meet an old friend or a new date, work on a stressful deadline project, and a place where you belong as soon as you step through the door, a space for all. We’re excited to share that we’re officially roasting all of our coffee in-house! As a local, family-owned business, this step means everything to us. Small-batch roasting allows us to serve you coffee at its absolute peak freshness, with vibrant flavor and the kind of care you can taste in every cup.

This milestone also marks the launch of Alkemy Roasting Co., a collaboration with beloved local roaster and creator of our current house roast, Donny Hardy. When one local family business partners with another, it’s about more than great coffee, it’s about supporting multiple local families + strengthening our community.

To celebrate, we’re throwing a grand opening party Sunday, March 15th 2-5pm and everyone is invited to attend. We’ll be offering a full-sensory coffee experience as we roast live at Alkemy, share how roasting shapes flavor, and offer tastings straight from the roaster. You’ll also be able to take home beans roasted that very day, enjoy live music, and soak in the good vibes. See you there 🖤
