I’m a little obsessed with Bavaria Sausage, so I brought them cookies. 🩷 Today’s delivery had me crying in the sausage shop (more on that later). We are SO lucky to have this shop in Fitchburg. Mr. Cookies and I took our honeymoon to Germany and fell in love with the food and culture. I just love that I can stop by Bavaria Sausage anytime and grab food that helps relive those memories. They have a fresh deli case full of meats and sausages, a freezer full of delicious German meats, and all sorts of pantry, bakery, sweets, snacks and cheeses. We always keep a few packages of sausages in the freezer. The employees are always so helpful and have helped us with choosing the right ingredients to recreate our favorite German meals at home. You can even get a frozen, premade Sauerbraten meal! 🤤
When I stopped in with cookies today, everyone was so excited, sweet and appreciative. The owner came out to meet me and talk to me and we both got a little emotional talking about how important food memories are to people and how they help capture that magic. We even took a picture together! (Hopefully they’ll send it to me). Bottom line, you won’t find nicer people or a better product. Please stop by to support them.
