Elysium Baking Company started at my kitchen table in 1999. Baking and cooking from the age of six, I always knew I wanted to be a chef. As a young wife and mother of one, with a second baby on the way, I needed a way to make extra money while raising my children. So, at the urging of friends and family to share my baked goods with them and the world, I started Elysium Baking Company. Early on, re
quests were primarily for decorated cakes and cupcakes, but demand has grown to include breads, pastries, doughnuts, scones, muffins, cookies, brownies, wedding cakes, cheesecakes, and more. In 2009, I began offering Gluten and Allergy free options, after discovering that my children had several food allergies. offers an extensive menu of Gluten, dairy, egg, corn, soy, rice, and nut free options. It is very important that my family and customers still be able to enjoy the same delicious treats they did before, without causing illness and inflammation. One of the best parts of my job, is the joy I feel when my customers are enjoying their favorite desserts and baked goods again, after months or even years of going without.
