Due to some unplanned life events, I am taking a step back from the Bakery for the rest of 2025 starting June 1st. Hoping to be back strong and ready for 2026 when all the chips fall where they may. Thank you to all my wonderful clients and friends for all of your support and referrals- you all truely humble me with your generosity of spirit and kindness. Hoping to take some time in the test kitchen the rest of the year and come back with some great new flavors, new skills, and wonderful desserts. If you have any questions or comments- don't hesitate to message me, text or email me! We will see you next year, I hope! Any gift certificates issued in 2025 will be honored until December 31, 2025. I am just not taking any new unplanned orders. Thanks!

New Years Resolution: Bake something, each day, and post here. So, here we go! As today was January 2nd, yesterday January 1st- I baked Quiche for the family! It was ham, cheese, sundried tomato, spinach, shallot, peppers and onion. Today I baked 2 things. Doug's guys are working on a lean-to for our barn, so I had left over chili and made moist cornbread to go with it for them for lunch. The second was from the Outlander Cookbook, it was Jam Tarts. Done just in time for the girls afternoon snack! Tomorrow, I am going to work on my holiday flavored cupcakes to add to my menu. We shall see how they come out! Stay Tuned!!

Had an order for a 60th birthday party at Delphi Falls FD last night. Delivery happened in between the snowflakes and sick kiddos. It was a beautiful rose gold and black color theme- so 10" 2 layer carrot cake with rose gold cream cheese frosting ✔️ Tuxedo cupcakes✔️✔️ Strawberry Shortcake and Boston Cream Pie cupcakes ✔️✔️✔️ Such a fun order thanks Melissa!!🧁
