First Vendor Event today was not what I expected but definitely turned out better than I had expected! Thank you to all those who showed up, your support means so much to me! Over the past week, I experimented with three new recipes utilizing my sourdough starter. The recipes included
-Kümmelweck rolls (German-style rolls)
-Bialys (Jewish-style bagels)
- Sourdough Rye bread.
The positive feedback from individuals who requested these specific items brought me immense satisfaction, as nothing gives me greater joy than baking for others and seeing them appreciate the final product. I thoroughly enjoyed creating all of these recipes and am happy to accommodate requests for them. Additionally, I welcome suggestions for new items!
