Everyone needs someone in their corner who believes in them. Someone who celebrates the little wins, shows up for the long days, and is just as excited about the dream as you are.

For me, that’s my dad. ❤️

When I watched this video back and saw how genuinely happy and proud he was, I couldn’t help but get emotional.

Building Flour & Fern has been a lot of hard work, late nights, learning as we go, and figuring things out together. And I genuinely couldn’t do any of it without him.

He doesn’t just believe in my dream. He shows up every single day to help make it happen.

I hope everyone gets to experience having someone in their corner like this.

We received a resume today from a VERY enthusiastic applicant. 🧁😂

Qualifications:
🎂 Looks adorable in a baking outfit
🧁 Extensive experience taste-testing
🍪 Willing to work for cookies
💕 Brings a lot of personality to the team
🤷‍♀️ Zero professional experience

Potential concerns:

* Requires frequent snack breaks
* Questionable listening skills
* May eat more inventory than she produces
* Has a pretty strict bedtime

We’re still reviewing her application, but we think she has potential.
