The Locavore Dinner PopUp Slow Food is an delightful “pop-up” dinner feast inspired by similar events taking place across the United States.

PopUp Slow Food is an elegant feast inspired by similar events taking place all over the world. Our PopUp Dinners are similar to others in that we seek to create a unique and festive dining experience, but different in that we specifically focus on featuring foods native to our region. All menu items will be sourced within 80 miles of Fayetteville, NC. A PopUp Dinner demonstrates that the food we

share and where we eat connects us to a sense of place, a sense of home, and that even the most usual daily routine-- dinner-- can be exotic and exciting. Last year Slow Food Fayetteville in the Sandhills and Sustainable Sandhills hosted the Exotic North Carolina Dinner at Sherefe Restaurant in downtown Fayetteville, selling out the whole first floor of the restaurant and uniting all 75 participants in appreciation of North Carolina's bounty.
