Cheezers Food Truck

10/09/2026

THANK YOU MARTIN AND FARIBAULT COUNTY! 🚚🧀

Cheezers started as a dream between a dad and two 4 year olds. The kids were a little more sold on the idea of an ice cream truck but I convinced them that cheese was a better option. 😂

I wanted to take one of the things I love most and turn it into something people could enjoy. So I took the idea, ran with it, and gave Cheezers everything I had.

From the start, I had one pretty simple goal: I wanted to become people’s favorite food truck.

I wanted to make delicious, quality food at a consumer friendly price, something I feel is getting harder to find with a lot of bigger businesses. Good food, fair prices, and hopefully something that made you excited when you saw the Cheezers truck pull up.

So finding out that we were voted Best Food Truck in the 2026 Best of Martin & Faribault Counties is validation of completing a goal and feeling good about the work that went into it.

And somehow, you gave us even more to be proud of, because we also took home:

🏆 Best French Fries
🏆 Best Sandwich

Not bad for a first year. I really can’t thank everyone enough for the year you gave us.

The best part has always been seeing people enjoy their food. Hearing someone say they loved their meal, seeing familiar faces come back again, and hearing all the kind words throughout the season. There were definitely some long days lasting 12+ hours, but these things were great motivation to push through.

And you guys definitely kept us busy.

In our first season, we sold over 1,000 burgers, more than 1,500 sandwiches, and went through over 2,000 pounds of potatoes.

That is a LOT of potatoes. 🥔😂

And every bit of it is thanks to you guys.

Thank you for giving us a chance. Thank you for stopping by the truck, bringing your friends and family, sharing our posts, recommending us, voting for us, and helping turn an idea between me and my kids into a real business.

I wanted to build a food truck that people genuinely looked forward to seeing, and being voted Best Food Truck in our very first year feels like a pretty good sign that we’re heading in the right direction.

Thank you for a superb first season! 🙌

I hope everyone got their fill of cheese this weekend! 🧀🤟

We had a packed couple of days and we’re thankful for everyone who supported Cheezers.

Friday we started at the Jackson Motorplex, hanging out with Kkoj Radio and Roof Rejuvenate MN LLC., then headed over to Lost Sanity Brewing for a cheesy evening debut. 🍻

Saturday morning we were back home in Fairmont for the Bohemian Market, hosted by Giddy Up Boutique and Imagine Martin - Arts & Makers District. We also got to serve alongside our friends at SIP HAUS, which always makes for great combination! 🥤🧀

Then finally we were happy to wrap the weekend up with good company at our local Fairmont Brewing Company! 🍺🧀

Thank you to all of the event hosts, businesses, fellow vendors, and customers who made this weekend such a good one. We appreciate every single person who stops by the truck and keeps us doing what we love.

Thanks for another great weekend! ♥️
