We have got a new POS system . Because of this we have to transfer everyone’s information from the old system to the new system . You will not lose your points from the old system . I’m transferring them manually. So if you haven’t signed up on our new system please do so . I want to make sure you keep getting . The new system does give points differently. They give you 1 point per dollar spent . So after 100 points you will receive $5.00 off . The new system will allow you to use 200 points to get $10 off at 1 time .

Good Morning To All our wonderful customers . We are OPEN !!!!
Don’t sit around waiting for other bakeries to open . We open at 5 am everyday . Our donuts are always fresh . Made each day and whatever we do not sell we donate to different organizations.
Even though we are small family owned business , we are priced lower than big corporation bakeries .
We never sell day old donuts . All our donuts are made daily . Most bakeries make their donuts in one spot and transfer them to store fronts . Because of this , most donuts are 12-24 hours old .

At Golden Hands we only sell donuts , pastries , gourmet , pretzels , breads , and cookies we guarantee were made fresh at our one location .

Good morning. We got a special today for you . With all the rain we decided to bring the
CHERRY BOMBS A DAY EARLY !
So today is the first day for Cherry Bombs .
We will have them Thursday, Friday , Saturday , Sunday .
Yes another full day for one of the top request . No excuses if you have not tried them . These are game changer . They are top of the top . The cherry on top ( see what I did there ) . You will not be disappointed with this . Only disappointment you will see is that you waited too long to get them before .
They are proofing and getting ready for the fryer .

For you that don’t know - it’s a gourmet dough filled with CHERRIES , cherries , CHERRIES . Fried to a GOLDEN perfection then topped with our cherry glaze .

Good morning. We are up and frying donuts . Not just any donuts . We are frying Golden Hands Bakery donuts . Where else can you get this quality for this price ?
We have a few things new . We have a raspberry lemon danish and a blueberry cheese danish . These are in our pastry case .
We also have our delicious and most requested lobster tails . We start out with a crispy baked puff pastry . Each lobster tail is dipped in chocolate fudge before we fill with our house made whipped pastry cream . Definitely not a pastry to eat with a beautiful ball gown on because of the enormous amount of cream inside it but man it’s fun to try . Definitely the lobster tail is one to try . There’s a reason it’s a most requested !

Ok guys let’s do a little contest . I want to see how my employees do on customer service and taking orders . Starting tomorrow I’m going to have a survey at the end of your transaction . It will only have a few questions on it . If you fill it out and had it back in we will give you a coupon for a free donut on your next trip to Golden Hands Bakery . We want you to be honest . If you feel one of our employees are not doing a great job we want to know . Our customers are #1 priority at all times . Let us know what you experienced and what we could do better .
All employees will have a name tag on so you know who is waiting on you . If they don’t please let me know . We want you to know who you is waiting on you .

At the end of month which ever employee get the most positive feedback will be rewarded with a prize ( maybe a free donut ) .
And the employees that get any negative feedback will also receive a surprise .

Yes we are now taking orders for Cherry Bombs . Cherry Bombs will be ready on Friday August 14 . We will have Cherry Bombs until Sunday August 16 .
We will accept orders starting now but please remember you have to order at least 4 cherry bombs for us to accept that order . Also orders come first . So if you are not an early riser and you definitely want Cherry Bombs , place that order at (513) 272-2000 . Please don’t leave us a message . It’s not a guarantee that we will get the message and I hate to be the one to tell you we never got the order and unfortunately we are out . That even hurt my feelings to write this out . I can’t bring myself to actually say it out loud . Let’s not have to do that . Just give us a call .

Hello Golden Hands Family & Friends .
Just a reminder , next weekend will be the 3rd weekend of the month . What’s so special about the 3rd weekend of every month ? It’s CHERRY BOMBS WEEKEND !
Starting on Friday August 14 we will have Cherry 🍒 Bombs 💣 !
I know I know to much excitement at 1 time . Let’s all calm down !!!!!
But remember we only have our mouth watering , delicious , moist , filled with cherries and then covered in our cherry glaze CHERRY BOMBS once a month . So don’t be one of the people who forget all about the cherry bombs and get mad at the old Golden Hands Employee . I did my part . This is my part . I’m reminding you . MARK YOUR CALENDER ! Alexa remind me that on FRIDAY AUGUST 14 is Cherry bombs weekend . Set alarm for 5am .
Please remember we do open our doors at 5 am ( well at 430 ) BUT Cherry Bombs will not be ready at that time . Because we make and fry Cherry Bombs fresh they do take time among all the other donuts , danish , gourmet , breads , pretzels , cookies that we make daily . Why do we go through so much you may ask ? Well we believe our customers deserve only the best so that’s what Golden Hands Bakery brings .

Cinnamon Rolls are here .
We even made them healthy for you ( well not exactly ) but they do have fruit on them .
We have a baked cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing and topped with strawberry or blueberry .
I think it’s safe to say a fruit topped cinnamon roll a day makes you feel great but just tell your doctor .
And the people who are not much into fruit we have a plain cream cheese topped .
