Recently I had the pleasure of feeding a great group of folks in Alexandria Bay the morning after a great wedding (I also catered their rehearsal dinner two nights before!). This brunch buffet hit the spot after a night of romance and partying! Here's the menu:
🥯 Bagel and lox bar! Plenty of bagel varieties and toppings savory and sweet.

I had the honor of catering a rehearsal dinner for a lovely couple last night, we served up a beautiful salad bar, lots of delicious bread, pulled pork sliders, Parmesan garlic grilled chicken, and 5 cheese baked ziti. Unfortunately my camera man (me) was slacking because of the hustle and bustle and I forgot to photograph half the food 😂 but we had a great time. Come out to Adam's legion for a good cause today at 3:00 p.m.! Help surround this family I've had the pleasure of meeting today with love and prayers and grab a plate of delicious food. "Raffles, games, and other fun to be had for the WHOLE family! Join us in coming together to help out Tammy as she battles end stage copd and her family and young daughter as we get through this tough time!💕"

The menu today is Garden salad, rolls, chicken riggies, and spaghetti meatballs! Classic! See you there.

The end of the busiest week of the summer 😌
We had the honor of feeding 250 folks for the Thousand Islands Emergency Rescue Service fundraising gala. Here's the menu:
🥗 Garden & Caesar salad
🥓Garlic butter bacon green beans
🥔 Garlic Parmesan cracked fingerling potatoes
🐤 Chicken Francese, or as we called it tonight, chicken Francis 😂
🍝 Gluten free pasta primavera
🐖 Stuffed pork tenderloin carving station. The tenderloin is filled with a granny Smith Apple cranberry stuffing
🍞 Bread. Display. No description necessary! Just look at it! 🤤
🍨 For dessert we had a brown butter biscoff cake (my favorite), a lemon blueberry cake, and tiramisu shooters!

Thank you again to TIERS for trusting us with the special event, we definitely ended this summer with a bang! And a special thank you to Mechia, Katelyn, Madison, and Angie for coming along tonight.
