We have an exciting update regarding our menu. To provide more variety and seasonal dishes, we are transitioning from a standard vegan alternative to a rotating weekly special.

Tomorrow we are featuring Chicken Phở—a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and fresh herbs. It is the perfect cozy bowl for this cold SoCal weather, but it is available this week only, so be sure to stop by and enjoy it while it lasts!

We hope to see you at tomorrow's market, on the corner of Juniper and Valley Parkway, to let us know what you think! Just look for the red canopy!

Meet Annie.

Her story with pho begins when she met her husband, Trung, working in Yellowstone National Park. She soon acquired a love for his culture and desired to gain a better understanding of where Trung was born and lived for his childhood. Soon after they were married, they both moved to Vietnam where Annie taught English both in public schools and private learning centers. She has since been obsessed with the culture and cuisine. She cannot wait to return to this beautiful country and to reconnect with all of the wonderful people she met. Until then, she is happy to share the joy of Vietnamese food here with Pho TADA!

Trung is a Vietnamese native who moved to the United States in his youth, carrying with him the rich flavors and traditions of his homeland. This photo holds special meaning—it captures the very kitchen in the heart of District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, where he first began perfecting his deeply flavorful beef bone broth. A passionate foodie at heart, Trung finds joy in nourishing his family and friends, sharing not just meals, but memories and culture through every bowl he serves.
