It’s been 3 long months since you’ve been gone, and not a single day has passed that you haven’t crossed our minds… 😩🥹

We miss the boils. We miss the steam. We miss those big ol’ mudbugs soaked in that bold Louisiana flavor. 🦞🔥🧄🌽🥔

But we know this isn’t goodbye… it’s just see you next season. 👀

After an incredible season, crawfish season has officially come to an end here at Rouge Boil House.

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who supported us this year. Whether you purchased a plate, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply followed along on our journey, your support has meant more than words can express. Because of you, we were able to bring a little piece of Baton Rouge to Ennis and the DFW area.

But have no fear… this isn’t goodbye it’s just the beginning of our next chapter.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve secured a reliable Gulf Shrimp supplier and are hard at work behind the scenes perfecting recipes, refining our process, and preparing to bring you even more of the bold, authentic Louisiana flavor you’ve come to expect from Rouge Boil House.

We’re truly humbled every time we set up and see the incredible support from this community. Your continued support means the world to us, and we can’t thank you enough for helping make Rouge Boil House what it is today.

We’re proud to share that we’ve completely sold out during our last two setups, and that speaks volumes about the amazing people who continue to show up and support our dream.

Due to upcoming vacations, work commitments, and the challenges of securing a consistent supply of shrimp, crab legs, and other seafood, we’ll be taking a short break for a few weeks. But don’t worry we’ll be back soon and switching gears with some exciting new offerings.

We came into yesterday with only 2 pre-orders and ended up selling all 45 pounds. This was one of the clearest examples of walking by faith that I’ve experienced, and I’m truly grateful for the continued support from everyone.

If anyone is aware of a commercial location available in Ennis or anywhere throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, please feel free to reach out. We are currently looking for a location where we can park our trailer and operate our setup on Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays when permitted.
