We are so excited to announce that we will be at the Blue Earth Farmers Market this Saturday!
This is an awesome community market with a variety of goodies to browse. Plus, if you are an out of towner, you can behold the glory of the Jolly Green Giant just up the road.

We will be roasting up a variety of whole bean and ground coffee for this event, including Papua New Guinea, Peru, Rwanda, and our Cold Brew Pods. If interested in decaf, we can roast up a bag of our Columbian decaf by request.

If you have been wanting to try our Cold Brew, we will be offering samples at this event.

New Product!
As the weather heats up, it's time to cool off with a refreshing cold brew. We are now offering cold brew pods! Making cold brew at home is a simple process, and the pods make clean up a breeze! All you need to do is drop a pod in a half gallon jar, fill up leaving an inch of headspace and let it brew on your counter or in your fridge for 24 hours.
Freshly roasted, coarsely ground, and packed in filters at Hygge.

We will be delivering locally on Saturday morning and then heading to Mankato for the afternoon.

We will be roasting a few orders for delivery to Lake Mills tomorrow. If you would like to order, shoot us a message or email, and we will roast it fresh tonight and deliver on Tuesday (4/14).

Kiester, Bricelyn, & Frost:
If interested in delivery for this week, Thursday (4/16), let us know your orders by Wednesday evening. If you live on the Iowa side, we can swing down to deliver to you as well (Thompson, Buffalo Center, Rake).
