Tonight, we’re sending off the queen of the Dawg House in style. Come raise a glass to Tera—our Mamacita (A.K.A. "Cougar Bait"), and a friend to so many of you. The party starts at 6 PM tonight at Dawg House Bar & Grill.

More than five years ago, Tera walked in and asked me for a job. I had no idea how lucky I was. She worked her ass off, commanded that dining room, and made every guest feel welcome and at home. Tera is everything hospitality should be. In all my years in business, I’ve never worked with anyone quite like her. She’s a walking legend—and they broke the mold when they made her.

Thank you to her loving, badass husband, Manny, for sharing your wife with us all these years. Tera, you’ve left your mark on this place and on all of us. There will never be another one like you. Come help us give Mamacita the send-off she deserves before she rides off into the sunset (with that stallion)!

We delivered dinner to the Elyria Catholic football team at school tonight, and those boys are BEASTS—there wasn’t a bite left! They even sent a thank-you note through their athletic director, which meant a lot to me.

Dawg House would like another shot at the title! Next time, I’m doubling the order! 😄 Good luck Friday, Panthers!
