The place that gave me the idea for Sauce Boss as a young man, I remember coming in and seeing their phones ringing off the hook, food going out and i mean FAST, in paper bags ready to go home to families dinner tables, and i thought to myself..

“Why hasn’t anyone done this with Italian?! 🤌🏼”

And so the idea was born, Italian TAKE OUT 🚨🔥🍝🤌🏼

Thank you evergreen express for all the years you gave to Elmira, the best Chinese food there was in the city in my opinion, I used to walk there as young as 13 years old to give food, I’m not sure where you all are now but just know that we ALL remember ❤️

Everyone asks me all the time what my favorite item on the menu is and my answer every time is the sausage pepper and onion, these were me and my mothers favorite sandwich to eat together and they remind me so much of my memories with her so it’s only right we put as much love as possible into these sandwiches,

Hamilton Meats hot sausage with spicy brown mustard on a garlic bread toasted roll and of course an ABUNDANCE of sauted peppers and onions, this sandwich is not only a monster but it’s extremely delicious and is a tribute to everything that The Sauce Boss represents! 🤌🏼🤌🏼
