Our oven has been OVEN-ING today, to say the least 😅

But low and behold- here is one quick morning video we forgot to post on our story.

This is our very real diary, showing how our bread slice remains a beautiful, yummy smelling bread slicing even two days after baked. No holes, all the stretch, all the softness. What gluten free bread deserves to be.

So with that, I think we have officially found our bread recipe, and we also will hopefully be debuting these next week - pre sliced with a bread slicer, because slicing them was not a skill either Brady or I have (this goes for pumpkin rolls, they may not be PERFECT circles, but they are heavenly 🤤).

In perfect timing, Tuesday night at 5pm, we will be featured on WENY TV News as part of their new special, Twin Tiers Live. Please join in and watch- as we will have our very own bread loaf to show you and debut it in its glory (granted the interview has a spot for us to do so 😉).

And rain or shine, we will be at the Corning farmers market tomorrow! 10-2!

Your Wednesday reminder that we have the website stocked!!

Pumpkin rolls, DF carrot cake rolls, and cosmic brownies have been added, and boy did we make a lot of them 👀👀

Late night post -

Brady had off work today, so we’ve been cranking out ideas and sweet treat thangs in the kitchen 😁

DF oatmeal cream pies, cookies (our new flavor, blueberry coffeecake will be added here soon, so hang on tight! Also please note, they are extremely MASSIVE), and muffins all added to the website, with cosmic brownies and our pumpkin rolls coming tomorrow 🤪🤪

Also please enjoy a lil photo of what we’ve been cooking up….we think we have landed on the perfect bread recipe! Took a bunch of tries, because we refuse to use GF Caputo flour, or Kings Arthur GF bread flour (both claim to be celiac safe, but any wheat in our recipes is not a standard we allow in this kitchen), so creating the perfect flour blend was essential.

Now, we will not be selling this quite yet, being as we want to see how it holds up a day or so from now, and we totally need to get a bread slicer- BUT just know, it’s coming soon 😉😉

And boy is this bread SQUISHY and SOFT, and did I mention it actually has height to it?!

Little weekend wrap up:

Friday was a very special event day for us, as we were able to create a table full of delicious goodies for a beautiful wedding. We enjoyed all the variety, and it just came out stunning 🥰

And may we congratulate Destiny and Gregory on a beautiful marriage, and may they have the most wonderful life together!! ❤️🫶🏻 (and we hope everyone enjoyed all the treats 😉)

And Brady brought his fancy camera and snapped some pics of the table for us -

Looking at this week, we will be busy busy in the kitchen. We will be at the Thursday Corning farmers market, but Saturday we will be up in Victor, NY for the annual Victor Fest!

We will be making more cosmic brownies this week, and we will be rolling out pumpkin rolls and carrot cake rolls… so stay tuned!!

🍂🍁 It’s Fall Y’all 🍁🍂

Breaking out our fall decor for our table set up!!

We’re here and ready at the Corning farmers market - please note we are IN A FRONT SPOT, not our usual spot. So yes, we very much so are here!

I will admit, we have less in stock than normal. I have been battling some health issues, and so I’m moving much slower than I normally do (will this stop me? HA not a chance). But just know I did the best I could today ❤️

I also 100% dropped a cooler on my nose yesterday from the farmstand- and safe to say I couldn’t even put my face cream on this morning without pain, so I may be busted, but I’m still here and kicking 😅

Thankfully it left the littlest mark, so pretend you don’t see it.

With that said we still have lots of goodies, and a boatload of oatmeal cream pies.

So we hope to see you today, 10-2 😉

Whoop whoop! Wednesday bread day!! 🍞🍞🍞

Lots and lots of hoagie rolls proofing as we speak- so those will be available this weekend (website always sees it first 😉😉)

We also want a gauge- would we rather see more garlic knots this week, or English muffins? I can’t decide what else to make today 😅 so HELPPPPP

We also made some pretty fudgey, chocolate goodness cosmic brownie boxes (the weight on these things is something else!!), and have a few strawberry crunch mini donuts available- but only 7, so those are super limited 👀

As a reminder- we always recommend checking out the website Wednesday nights, before our Thursday market as the full weekly menu will available, and if you leave a comment in your order- we are more than happy to bring them packaged up and ready to pick up at the market!

Anywho- back to bread I go, but see you lovelies tomorrow in person! 🫶🏻

PICKUP FYI:

For those picking up today/tomorrow/probably the rest of the week because we live in NYS can’t get away from rain for more than 2 days: your items WILL be in the cooler in the pickup stand, but please note it will be covered with a tarp.

So it is still plenty much open and your orders are ready for you- we just want to preserve the stand as much as possible 😅

For those who are debating ordering (forget the rain!), we will have oatmeal cream pies, muffins, and hopefully some brownies added tonight!

Sunday restock night!

Your favorite GF baker here has been feeling a bit under the weather (I think sinus-y related but none the less, I’m running on about 15% here). So restocks this week might be slower than usual ☹️

But we put together some fresh items for the website- that would make for a PERFECT pizza night package (wink wink- video coming soon?).

We have flatbreads, cookies, and a small batch of garlic knots waiting for you 😉

And tomorrow we start our Monday, Wednesday, Friday deliveries 🫶🏻

I’d say call us Biggie Smalls and Eminem 2.0, but I fear our rap career will not take off…..so we should just stick to baking, huh? 😅

Happy Thursday from your local farmers market 🥰

We have yet another new item….garlic knots!! Did I mention they’re HUGE?

These can be enjoyed right out of the bag, but we do recommend giving em’ a little heat action 🤤

We’re hoping to do some fun ‘package’ deals on the website (and I don’t wanna spoil anything, but we have some FUN-NY videos coming soon for you guys), and so the garlic knots were the last piece!

We aren’t offering said package deal today, but we do hope you stop by and try some, and maybe get a flatbread or two. And heck, why not a cookie too? *wink wink* 🤪
