Hi, everyone! This is Mariah, the daughter of Theresa & Byron Mouse AKA "Ma & Pa." I just had a few things I wanted to share:

We had a busy morning yesterday as we prepared for the Balloon Glow in the Elko City Park last night. It was a great turn out and we want to thank everyone for their support and abundance of patience as we had a long line of customers.

Our #1 priority has always been making every frybread fresh, no matter what. It's a standard we hold to our homemade recipes that we have spent the last two decades perfecting. We hope you can appreciate and taste the difference.

Today, we are set up on the Elko Indian Colony, across from Newe Cannabis for the Elko Colony Fandango. If you missed us last night, today is your chance to grab some food from us!

Lastly, I wanted to share a few 'candid' photos I captured last night. After a busy evening, I tried ending the night taking photos of my yummy Indian burger....only to be photo bombed by my daughter! Lol.

We will make sure a schedule for October gets out soon, so you don't miss your chance to order before we slow down for the winter.

Holy!!!! Awesome day here at Salt Lake Smith Ball Field! Thank you to the pow-wow committee for having us here, the very first time in Utah. SOLD OUT. Thanks everyone for coming by our taco truck. Thank you sisters Kristie Dixey, Christa Dixey, Kiera, Elizabeth Moss, and Jounior for helping us out today. HERE'S A DEADLY UNCLE getting his Indian Burger definitely gave us a laugh today. Sorry for the longest lines all day today.

Hey there!!!! This is our first year for us at the Elko County Fair, definitely a different experience from our usual madness at the Numuga Pow-wow, but it was canceled this year, maybe next year. We would of sold out early yesterday, but had to restock quickly and end saling out at 9 p.m. Wishing I could hug my daughter, but Happy Heavenly Birthday Ta Shena. What a great day we had in Battle Mnt this past Saturday. The day started out rough with a flat tire but we eventually made it. We wanna thank Battle mnt for the warm reception and hospitality they have shown us. We do have to say that we sold a record amount of fry bread bites, with that said we might change it to Battle Mnt bites lol. Thanks again Battle Mnt and look for us this weekend at the Elko county fair.

It was a slow day at the park but had a chance to get ready for tomorrow in Battle Mountain. If you missed us today just catch us at one of these events, Elko County Fair, Elko Ruby Mountain Balloon Festival, Elko Pow-wow in October! Soon it will be time to put the truck away for winter.
