Throwback Thursday! Our very first event we were invited by N&C Pop-Ups to be a part of a Cinco de Mayo celebration. The support I received that day made me feel beyond blessed. From starting my freshmen year of high-school selling dulces in the hallways—friends enjoying the beginning trials of my recipe to freshmen year of college running and starting a new venture while centering all new items around my dulces enchilados. Notice how almost every item on the menu has some sort of SPICE/CHILLI—meaning we’re still trying to uphold the enchilado part of the business to not branch out into a territory we’re not yet familiar with. This new beginning symbolizes not forget about the roots that got me to where I am now!
