This video is the best introduction I could think of, but to summarize... I founded Chicago Johnny's olive oil giardiniera (available on store shelves at Jewel Osco!), last year released The Chicago Pizza Cookbook, and this summer started making pizzas out of a ghost kitchen in Elgin. We're open tonight, and we anticipate selling out again like last Saturday. Thank you all, nice to start getting involved in the online community a bit more.
