Meet our Kiwi Frosted Lemonade 🥝🍋☀️— basically summer happiness in a cup.
Made with kiwi purée, our house-made lemonade, and blended with just a touch of cream, it’s bright, refreshing, a little creamy, and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. And yes — we can make it dairy-free, too! 🤍

Whether you’re coming off the trail, wrapping up a morning adventure, cruising through with the kids, or simply need something cold to get you through one of those 80-degree valley afternoons… this one hits the spot.

We love creating drinks that give everyone something to look forward to when they stop by — coffee lover or not.

Meet the Tuxedo with Whip — and yes, it’s every bit as delicious as it sounds.
House-made dark chocolate meets creamy white chocolate, your milk of choice, a decadent drizzle, and a soft cloud of whipped cream to finish it all off. Rich, smooth, drizzly perfection in a cup.

Morning treat? Absolutely. Afternoon pick-me-up? Even better. A little just because moment? We fully support it. 😉
There really isn’t a wrong time of day for this one.

One of our favorite parts of opening our doors has been sharing the drinks we love with all of you — and watching you discover your own Circadian favorites along the way. So grab a friend, swing through the drive-thru, or come hang with us for a bit and give the Tuxedo with Whip a try.

Growing a little more than coffee around here. 🌱🤍

From the very beginning, we’ve taken pride in sourcing our ingredients as locally and sustainably as possible — and this summer, that commitment got a little closer to home.

We were incredibly fortunate to be gifted a beautiful raised garden bed, and last week we harvested our very first Circadian crop! 🌿

Fresh rosemary, poblanos, jalapeños, and broccoli — grown right here alongside our little coffee shop.

There’s something pretty special about watching ingredients grow from the ground up, harvesting them with our own hands, and finding ways to bring that freshness into what we create for all of you.

It’s another little reminder that Circadian is about so much more than coffee. It’s about slowing down, knowing where our food comes from, supporting local, caring for our surroundings, and creating a space that feels connected to the community around us.

Our garden may be small, but we think it’s one of our favorite hidden gems. 🌱✨

And this is only the first harvest — we can’t wait to see what grows next.

Meet one of our staff favorites — the Strawberry Oat Milk Matcha.
We start with ceremonial-grade, unsweetened matcha, layer it with creamy oat milk, and finish it with strawberry purée for the perfect balance of earthy, creamy, and just a touch of fruity sweetness.

Not too sweet. Not too heavy. Just so good.

This is one of those drinks that quickly became a favorite behind the counter, and we have a feeling it might become one of yours, too. Whether you’re already a matcha lover or you’ve been looking for the perfect drink to give it a try, this is a pretty delicious place to start. 😉

Meet one of our current favorites — the Blueberry Arnold Palmer Green Tea.
Made with blueberry purée, our house-made lemonade, and sun-brewed green tea, this refreshing little combination is the perfect balance of fruity, tart, and just the right amount of sweet. That touch of blueberry makes it extra special and oh-so-good on a warm summer day.

Feeling adventurous? Try it with lavender for a fun twist and find your favorite combination!

STAFF APPRECIATION 🔊 I’m feeling extra grateful for the Circadian crew today. ❤️

As I head out on a very significant backpacking trip, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it takes to step away from something you’ve poured so much of yourself into—and honestly, I couldn’t do it without these people.

Running a small business is never a one-person job. It takes trust, flexibility, understanding, problem-solving, patience, and a whole lot of heart. And this crew continues to show up with all of it.

Thank you for holding down the shop while I’m gone. Thank you for trusting me, trusting each other, rolling with the unexpected, taking care of our customers, and taking care of the place we’ve built together—only a month and a half in—-

I know there will be things that come up while I’m away. I know it won’t always be easy. But knowing that I have a team I can trust enough to step away and let them run with it is an incredible gift.

I’m so, so grateful for each of you! And thank you to our customers for all the support and grace you offer through our many stages of this journey.

One week in, and we’re still smiling.
As we look back on our very first week, we’re honestly overwhelmed by the love and support this community has shown us. From familiar faces to new friends, every visit, every kind word, every recommendation, and every bit of patience has meant the world to us.
Opening a coffee shop has been an incredible journey, and like any new adventure, we’ve had a few kinks to work through. Thank you for giving us the grace to learn, grow, and settle into our rhythm. Your encouragement has made all the difference.
Our drive-thru is officially open and flowing! We’ve spent the last week dialing in the process, and we’ll continue making improvements so we can serve you even faster while keeping the same quality and care in every cup.
This is only the beginning. Keep checking in for daily specials, new iced drinks, fresh pastries, and a few exciting surprises along the way.
