Please like my personal page as well since getting things on this page from my phone are difficult for me. Those that know me can laugh.
I want to make sure you are aware of the freezer meal workshops. I break them down to either 3 meals or 7 or anything in between. I like to do the number of people so everyone is participating. The cost ranges from $40-80 for groceries and $50 - $65 in spices. (This would depend on your pantry stock)
You leave with dinners for 4 for at least 3 - 7 days.
