Dear Friends, Family and Neighbors:
Today is catch-up day with us.
I'm sure you heard the phrase; into each life some rain must fall. I feel like Noah as it rained for 40 days and nights. It's been raining for Fine 'N' Dandy Candy since March `12, 2025. These storms have changed our lives forever. In a nutshell, my son committed su***de on March 12, 2025. My daughter-in-law would not allow me to attend my son's funeral and to this day my family is estranged from me keeping the dear great grandchildren from me.
I then fell and broke my elbow and had to have extensive surgery and 3 months therapy.
After that. I had dizzy spells and my doctor took my license away.
I will always grieve my son, but the other storms have passed by. I'm not complaining because we all have storms that come into our daily lives and mine are no heavier than yours. I thank my God for his enduring strength, and he has covered us with his umbrella of love.
This is why we have not posted, but I'm very happy to say, we're back in full force with our candy, cakes, etc.
