Happy Wednesday everyone! Thought we should give you all a little update! The shop is really coming along! The renovations are taking shape! The old hardwood floor is being brought back to life and it looks amazing! I recently bought a couple things that will set the mood for our 50's and 60's vibe! A good old fashioned candy machine and a pay phone! I love them! No need to bring cell phones........just dimes to make a call! 😂. Can't wait to get open and welcome everyone to this awesome space!!!

So excited to share some shop updates! The wall is looking amazing that Sandi Bauer and Chuck Haldeman are restoring! I love keeping the history of the building and bringing it back to life! I found the perfect addition of these stools to help create the vibe at Kool Beanz! Imagine being a kid, sitting on one of these back in the 50's ordering your favorite ice cream or fountain drink! They are all original and will have the best home! All good things take time, and it's getting closer and closer! Thank you all for following Kool Beanz and watching our story unfold!!!

We hope you all have a wonderful Easter! Kool Beanz is definitely "blooming"! Sandi and Chuck are working hard on the building and it's really starting to come to life! It is going to be such an amazing transformation! Thank you to both of them for creating a space that will enhance the "vibe" we are striving for! Here's a little hint of what's to come..........our goal is that when you walk in the door, you will take a step back in time. Back to when ice cream parlors and soda fountain shops were the place to gather! Add in some good 50's, 60's, and 70's music and the mood is set! More hints to come as we get closer to opening! Stay tuned!

What a beautiful day! Just wanted to update everyone on the progress of Kool Beanz! We don't have an opening date set yet, but it's getting closer! I am overwhelmed at the responses we have received back from a community survey that I mailed out to local businesses! Thank you to everyone for sharing your favorites and ideas!! We love hearing from all of you! I hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather today! I can already imagine sitting out back watching the river while enjoying some ice cream or your drink of choice! Wishing you all peace and happiness! ☕🍩🍨

I had to try Chat GPT and see how it works! Not too bad for my first time! 😁. We also wanted to give everyone an update on how things are coming along! As you all know, renovating can bring some challenges and setbacks! So opening will more than likely come closer to Summer! But that's ok! Good things take time and that just gives us more time to bring some additional ideas to life! I hope you are all doing well and looking forward to warmer weather! We are already excited to think about sitting on the back deck sipping on a coffee while watching the beautiful Chippewa River roll on by! Things are really starting to become reality and we are so excited! Got the new logo done! Absolutely love it! Please feel free to send us suggestions on what you would like to see offered such as coffee favorites, ice cream flavors, and what baked goods also!
