❤️ As we close this chapter… ❤️

After so many incredible memories, it’s almost time for us to say goodbye to this location. As many of you know, we’ll be RELOCATING by August 1st.

If you’ve ever wanted a picture with our mural or our famous giant pizza chair, now’s your chance! 🎉 Both the mural will be painted over and the chair will be moved on July 27th, so be sure to stop by before then and snap a few photos. 📸🍕

This place has been home to us for so many years, and we’re beyond thankful for every customer, every smile, and every memory made here.

Guys, we need your help.‼️

After a lot of thought, we have to share some heartbreaking news.

Our landlord has proposed increasing our rent by nearly $10,000 in just one year, followed by 5% annual increases every year after that. He also wants to keep all of our equipment under this new lease, if we were to ever leave, all of our equipment and improvements would have to stay back with the building, we cannot sign such an agreement. Unfortunately, that’s simply not something a small family-owned business like ours can afford in today’s economy.

We’ve proudly served the Dundee community since 2018, and the thought of leaving breaks our hearts. This town has supported us through so much, and we’ve made so many memories here over the years.

Sadly, we’re seeing the same thing happen to small businesses that happened in downtown Winter Haven. Long-time local businesses are being priced out as rents continue to skyrocket. It’s devastating to watch.

At this point, we may have no choice but to close our Dundee location and hopefully reopen somewhere nearby if we can find the right place.

So we’re asking for your help. If you know of any restaurant-ready commercial spaces in or around Dundee, Winter Haven, Haines City, Lake Wales, Auburndale, or the surrounding area, please let us know in the comments or send us a message.

Thank you for supporting our family business over the past 8 years. We’re not giving up—we’re just hoping to find a place where we can continue serving the community without being priced out.
