🚨 HIRING EVENT CANCELLED — UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 🚨

Unfortunately, we experienced a major setback today that we were not expecting, and because of this, we no longer have an exact estimate for our opening date.

At this time, we are putting everything on hold until further notice, including our upcoming hiring event.

We are extremely sad and disappointed that things did not work out the way we had planned. 😞 We were SO excited and ready to finally open our doors, but sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control.

We’re still holding onto hope and doing everything we can to get through this setback and get Downtown Pizza & Sports Bar OPEN as soon as possible! 🙏🏽🍕

To everyone who has been following our journey, supporting us, waiting patiently, and cheering us on THANK YOU. ❤️ Your understanding and support mean more to us right now than you know.

We will keep everyone updated as soon as we have more information. For now, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we figure out our next steps. 🙏🏽😞

Huge shoutout to our dear friend Mason, owner of All Around Lakefront & Environmental, for lending us his dump trailer without hesitation while we have the ceiling tiles replaced in preparation for our sports bar and bathroom areas! 🙏🏽🛠️

It truly takes a village, and we are SO grateful for the friends and local businesses who continue to show up for us during this process. 🥹❤️ Every helping hand gets us one step closer to opening everything up and bringing our vision to life!

🚧 Progress Update! 🍕✨

We’re getting closer every single day! 💪🏽 Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at everything that’s been happening.. from getting the kitchen ready, painting, setting up the dining room, and bringing this new space to life.

Our plan is to open the restaurant side first while we finish obtaining the proper licensing and permits for the sports bar. 🍻🏈

📆 Our target opening is mid-August, but please keep in mind it’s subject to change by a day or two depending on final inspections.

We’re working as hard as we can to get our doors open so we can start serving you again, and we hope to have both the restaurant and sports bar fully operational within the next few months!

Thank you all for your patience, encouragement, and support through this entire journey. We truly can’t wait to welcome you into our new home. ❤️🏙️🍕

Cleaning, moving equipment, and building our future from the ground up. It hasn’t been easy, but we’re working the dream because dreams don’t work unless you do.

We refuse to give up. This is just another chapter in our story, and we can’t wait to open our doors again and welcome everyone back. ❤️🍕🍔🍻
