Thank you for this beautiful mural Humming With Finnegan Studio

California Poppies — a tribute to my Cali Roots—a piece of home that will always stay close to my heart🌼

Bringing a little bit of California and Hawaii to Duluth, all in one space. A reflection of the places that have shaped me, so I can work my magic ✨and share my love for hospitality, food, community, and cultivating a space that feels good to be in.

We’re so excited to share that we’re moving into The Well Massage & Bathhouse ✨✨

This space will be open to everyone—whether you’re coming in for a massage, sauna, yoga class, or simply stopping by to enjoy the space.

We’re aiming to open May 1st and will be open 7 days a week!

We’ll be serving fresh juices, nourishing smoothies, quality coffee & tea, healthy salads, wraps, and other delicious foods to support your overall wellbeing.

My passion is serving fresh, wholesome, farm-focused food and staying connected with this amazing community—so I do see a Mama Roots storefront in the near future.
Love you all! 💚
