Dripping Springs might be the gateway to the Hill Country, but our 512 Drip is the gateway to a better morning. We’re excited to kick off our brand new "Roast of the Week" series with this beautifully balanced medium roast. Sourced from the high elevation slopes of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, we carefully roast these beans to let their true character shine. Every cup brings out the bean's naturally occurring tasting notes. Expect hints of rich Mexican chocolate, a warm cinnamon aroma, and a crisp green apple finish straight from the source.
