They say behind every dream is someone who believes in it just as much as you do.

My husband works his 9–5 all week, but on his days off, you’ll still find him right beside me mixing dough, lifting heavy boxes, delivering, and doing whatever needs to be done. Not because he has to, but because he believes in OUR dream.

This business may have started with my vision, but it continues because of his unwavering support. Thank you for choosing to spend your free time helping me build something we can both be proud of. I see every sacrifice, every early morning, and every tired smile.

My favorite part of baking is the decorating. It’s where every dessert becomes a little piece of art. 🎨✨

I’m not an artist, but there’s something so satisfying about watching a simple cheesecake transform into something beautiful. Every swirl, every dollop, every finishing touch makes it uniquely its own.

This one is a Lemon Ginger Burnt Basque Cheesecake finished with a silky guava curd—bright citrus, warm ginger, and tropical guava all coming together in one bite. 🍋🫚🌺

Creating desserts like this reminds me why I fell in love with baking in the first place. ❤️

A brand new month means a fresh lineup of hand-rolled brioche donuts! 🍩💛

🇰🇷 Brown Suga – Brown sugar cream with a rich, caramel-like sweetness inspired by your favorite BTS Oreo cookies.
🍌 Banana Pie – Creamy banana filling topped with creme brulee torched banana
🫐🍓 Berry Firecracker – A bright strawberry & blueberry combo bursting with summer flavor.
💜 Ube Oreo – Our fan-favorite ube cream paired with Oreo cookie crumbles.

Made fresh in small batches and available Friday through Sunday while supplies last!

We wanted to let everyone know that this weekend we will be operating Saturday and Sunday through our walk-up

Our team will be busy inside preparing for several catering events and large orders. The good news is that you’ll still be able to grab your favorite donuts, drinks, and treats from the window!

Wow… where do we even begin?

First, we want to sincerely apologize for the long wait times tonight. We were absolutely blown away by the turnout and did our best to get every bowl out as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care we put into every dish.

Thank you to everyone who came out, waited patiently in line, shared tables, and showed us so much support. This was by far one of our busiest So Yen PM pop-ups, and seeing the line stretch out the door left us speechless.

We are incredibly grateful to announce that we SOLD OUT! While we’re sorry we couldn’t serve everyone, we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to learn and grow with each event.

Our hope was to bring a little taste of Thailand to Minnesota, and we hope those who were able to enjoy a bowl experienced just that. A huge thank you to Chef Renu for sharing her passion and flavors with our community, and to all of you for making this evening so special.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We can’t wait to do it again.

Pop-Up is TONIGHT! 🍜✨

A friendly reminder that we have a limited number of bowls available from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM, so come early if there’s something you’ve been wanting to try!

We’re excited to introduce our Beef Boat Noodles, bringing a little taste of Bangkok to Minnesota. Chef Renu absolutely nailed this dish, it instantly brought me back to the streets of Thailand. Rich, aromatic broth, tender beef, and layers of flavor in every bite.

🥘 Beef Curry

Every dish is packed with bold, comforting flavors that we’re excited to share with you.
We have limited patio seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re dining with us, we kindly ask that you be mindful of your time so others can also enjoy a seat and a warm bowl of noodles.

Additional indoor common-space seating with standing tables is available through the front entrance on 4th Street.
