Our new fall menu is dropping FRIDAY! The must-try dish? Cotriade Breton, a traditional rustic fish stew originating from Brittany on the northwest coast of France. Using the season's best ingredients, this dish is the perfect choice when it feels like fall but it doesnt feeeeel like fall.

She was executed as a spy in 1917. Her name still carries scandal, over a century later. Meet Mata Hari absinthe.

Made in Vienna since 1881, using the same secret recipe passed down five generations. Most absinthe leans hard into anise, but this one does not. Expect wormwood, warm spice, and soft chamomile instead of a licorice punch, making it a great intro absinthe if you have never tried one.

It's the star in our Absinthe God cocktail, paired with orgeat, lemon, egg white, and bitters for a finish that's spiced, silky, and a little bit mysterious, just like its namesake.

Sip it slowly and let the botanicals come through. It pairs perfectly with a plate of escargot at the bar.

Come find us at Péché, one of Austin's best spots for a cocktail with a story behind it.

On July 14, 1789, Parisians stormed the Bastille and freed its prisoners, an act of defiance that became the spark for the French Revolution. Nearly 250 years later, the French still celebrate that first act of rebellion with food, w**e, and each other.

Come rebel with us tomorrow.

Classic French cuisine, expertly made cocktails, air conditioning that actually works, and not a single crowded sidewalk table in sight.

All of the charm. None of the airfare.

Technically, it was supposed to be a spring menu. But when you're this selective about where your food comes from, the seasonal menu gets pushed. Chef John sources everything at Péché — every vegetable, every cut — from small local farms and producers he trusts. The season changed; the standard didn't.
