Dear diary,

Yesterday we catered TWO weddings. The food showed up. The brides showed up. The grooms showed up. We showed up.

The only thing that didn’t show up? Pictures. 😂

In the whirlwind of feeding a small army, we forgot to take photos at one of the weddings. If you happened to grab any pictures of the food or our setup, we’d love to see them! Drop them in the comments below.

No, we didn't consult a focus group.
Yes, we ate our way through the decision-making process.
And no, we're not sorry about it. 😎

We've added some fresh new options, kept the crowd favorites, and retired a few dishes that deserved a long vacation.

WOW. You guys showed UP yesterday! 🤯🔥

We can’t thank everyone enough for the incredible support while we rolled out the new trailer for the first time at the VFW parking lot. Even without the fancy graphics on it yet, y’all still found us… and cleared us OUT! 😂

Brisket? Gone.
Pulled pork? Gone.
Cowboy beans, mac & cheese, coleslaw? ALL gone.

We had an amazing turnout and officially SOLD OUT of everything! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a post, grabbed a plate, or just came to support. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know. ❤️

We’ll be back soon — hopefully with signs on the trailer next time so we look a little less “mystery meat wagon” and a little more professional. 😅🔥
