First and foremost, my brother and I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your business, your support, and most importantly, your trust in us to provide you with the highest-quality organic coffee we can.
We’re still a relatively small company, and we’ve worked hard to offer you a premium product at a great price. Unfortunately, the cost of the specialty-grade organic coffee we purchase continues to rise, and we’ve reached a point where we can no longer absorb those increases ourselves.
We’ve always made it a priority to give you more coffee for your money, offering 16-ounce bags when the industry standard is typically 12 ounces. The last thing we want to do is make our bags smaller or compromise the quality of the organic specialty-grade coffee you’ve come to expect from us.
Because of this, we’re going to have to make a modest price increase to help keep our little company going and continue doing what we love.
We truly hope you understand, and we sincerely hope you’ll continue to be part of our journey. Every bag you purchase, every recommendation you make, and every kind word you share means more to us than you know.
