Developed from a 75-year-old family recipe, our homemade Italian ice is a perfect mixture of fresh fruit, water, sugar and other flavors blended into a smooth, refreshing dessert. to a silky, sensational, sorbet-like sweet treat. Gelu has won the Taste of the Grand Valley's 'Best Dessert' category four years running. With more than 25 flavors, Gelu Italian Ice is dairy-free, gluten-free, fat-free and cholesterol-free. We now offer two sugar free flavors as well! We currently serve the Houston, Waco and Dallas areas with our bright green and red mobile concession carts and trailers. We are also available for hire for special events such as sporting events, concerts, fairs, festivals, family reunions, weddings, grad parties, private functions, birthday parties, you name it.
