Happy birthday to my chief fry cook / grill master 😂 he didn’t have any PTO coming so he’s here working today with me … we will be closing at 1 pm today right after lunch shift so he can get the rest of the day to do whatever I want to do 😂😂just kidding I gave him many options we will see what he picks to do to enjoy the rest of the day !! Working with your husband everyday has its perks I trained him for 30 years already so he barely makes a mistake … he has even earned some honorable mentions this season and he is strong so he’s a huge help when I need to carry 8 chafing dishes in to a wedding venue or 40 lbs of pulled pork , his favorite thing to do is shred pork and make deep fried Oreos ( ask any of our helpers 😂) he also loves double bookings especially when I send a teenage grandson to help & I take all the adult help with me …
