Today we’re giving you a deconstructed look at our Roasted Chickpea Salad Sandwich! We start off with rhubarb mustard, next we add our chickpea salad (which is loaded with tahini, pickled radish, and parsley), then add a good helping of alfalfa sprouts, and lastly top it off with our lemon garlic aioli. This sandwich packs quite the punch (and is vegan, too)! 🌱
