A few snaps from last night’s dinner party in South Lyon. The clients and I finally had a date that worked for both of us to use the gift certificate their employees gave them last Christmas! Didn’t manage to get pictures of everything, including the finished tiramisu, but at least snapped a pic of it in process. The full menu was as follows: charcuterie board(s), prosciutto-wrapped green beans, chickpea shawarma dip, chicken katsu with the client’s homemade barbecue sauce (displayed by my lovely assistant Erin), lemon and herb stuffed whole branzino, Caesar salad with anchovies, creamy mushroom soup, beef tenderloin with horseradish and mustard sauces, lemon parmesan chicken, brussels sprouts and chive butter, lemon roasted broccoli, loaded hasselback potatoes, blueberry cobbler, and tiramisu.
