I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Ken Klepzig’s passing. Five years ago, I had the privilege of buying Drew’s Donuts Stop in Arnold from him, and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone who dedicated so much of his life to this industry.

Mr. Ken wasn’t just a successful business owner—he was someone whose passion, hard work, and commitment inspired those who followed in his footsteps. Although I have since moved on to my next chapter with Elby Donuts, the lessons I learned from him continue to influence the way I do business every day.

My heartfelt condolences to the Klepzig family, everyone at The Donut Stop, and all who knew and loved him. Thank you, Mr. Ken, for your kindness, your wisdom, and the legacy you leave behind.

Rest in peace.

“Before you shop at Fresh Thyme… here’s a message from Schnucks.” 😂 That’s one of the savagest billboard placements I’ve seen.
