Families have lost loved ones, homes, and everything they worked so hard to build. In moments like these, even the smallest act of kindness can make a real difference.

This week, we're proud to be part of Feast for Your Eyes, a collaboration between local artists, restaurants, and bars celebrating creativity in all its forms.

Our featured dish is Chef Mariela's Chicharrón de Pescado, crispy fried fish topped with red onion and served with our signature rocoto aioli. Bold, vibrant, and full of character, just like Craig Miller's artwork, SPLAT!

As many of you know, this is also Panka's final week. If you've been meaning to visit one last time, we'd love to see you.

Come celebrate local art, local food, and the community that has supported us for so many years. ❤️

For one final week, we're bringing back two dishes that many of you have asked about for years:
✨ Arroz Norteño ✨ Oriental Salmon
They disappeared from our menu long ago, but we couldn't say goodbye without bringing them back one last time.

Available Tuesday through Saturday only.

If you've been meaning to visit Panka one more time, this is the week. Come enjoy your favorite dishes, share a meal with friends, and help us celebrate the memories we've created together over the years.
Once this week is over, these dishes will be gone again.

A Final Message from Panka ❤️
A few months ago, we announced that Panka would be closing. Then, thanks to an incredible opportunity and a new partnership, we decided to keep fighting.
We gave it everything we had.

We tried new ideas, adjusted our menu, changed our concept, brought in new talent, and did everything possible to keep Panka going. We truly hoped we could write a different ending.

But sometimes, despite your best efforts, the timing just isn't right.

So with both gratitude and sadness, we've made the difficult decision to close Panka at the end of this month.

As we enter our final weeks, we will no longer be offering brunch on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Instead, we'll focus on creating memorable dinner experiences until our last day.

To everyone who supported us through the highs and lows, thank you. You didn't just support a restaurant, you supported a dream.
If you've ever thought about visiting one more time, now is the time.

Come celebrate with us. Share a meal. Make one more memory.
Let's give Panka the farewell it deserves.
