Currently my life does not allow me to run a baking business and take on consistent orders. That is why I developed the monthly dessert club to allow me to still do something that I love but I can be flexible with when I bake each month. Everyone on my list has the option to opt out if they choose to skip that particular month. I’m grateful that you all were so flexible with the pick up times this week, as my son has been in the hospital for a week now. It was nice to be home and just bake for a day while my husband was with our son.

Hope that everyone enjoyed these goodies.

P.S. this weather made some of the cookies flat😬 Ideally the big cookies would be thicker and more dense but I think the humidity in the air did not help. It did not impact the flavors though!

My once a month Cookie Box pickups are next week and I can already imagine how yummy all these will be! My cookie club members have already claimed theirs but you can reach out to claim any extras or just join the cookie club! You just get first access to them but can skip as many months as you’d like!

Some of my cookies from the April monthly cookie box. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do a box in May due to my son ending up in the hospital for several weeks. I’m excited to bake some treats this month though!
