Yessss, chef. The Spinach Orecchiette soft-launched on the menu this weekend and was met with a room full of yeses and zero notes. It’s officially on the menu — come see what everyone is hyped on.

The countdown is officially on. We are two weeks out from FiNO’s Funky Crush and this line-up really doesn’t get better.

Chef Michael Diaz de Leon is taking over the FiNO kitchen with his crew for a 5-course tasting menu, La Costa y El Viñedo. Teaming up with Benny & Zoid Selections and phenom somm, Clara Klein, this evening is about connection, storytelling and long, great wine, delicious food, and big laughs.

Tickets are $125 and there are only 25 seats available in each of the two seatings at 6pm and 8pm.

FiNO’s Funky Crush curriculum is rolling out. 🍾🍇

Thursday, 9/17 brings us Kinga, Director of F&B at appleblossom. In Kinga’s course, we’ll taste Colorado reds and learn about the pros and cons of growing grapes at high elevations, then learn how to blend wine to create a personalized glass suited to our tastes.

Seats are limited. Class is in session, Kinga will bring the wine, and we’ll bring the snacks.

The Funky Crush dinners have dropped and the FiNO team is squealing with delight.

We have the honor of hosting Douglas Rankin and Jacob Roadhouse for dinner in the wine garden with Bar Chelou.

Conceived by Chef Douglas Rankin, Bar Chelou is a casual, convivial dining experience that draws inspiration from the eclectic, boundary eschewing bistronomie movement of Paris.

Quite a kismet match for FiNO, if you ask us.

Bar Chelou’s menu will be available à la carte with wine selections chosen by Jacob Roadhouse. Tickets available on FiNO’s Resy and at link in bio.

We opened the wine garden this summer, and we’re watching the seasons change for the first time. By the time dinner service begins at 5pm, the garden is cooler, shady, and the perfect place to spend golden hour with a friend.

First up on Monday, September 14th is the Queen herself: Alex Jump who was a force in the industry long before she opened her own spot, The Peach Crease Club, in RiNo. 🍑

Alex is teaching us how to build a wine list that doesn’t just sit next to your cocktail menu — it works with it. Cross-utilization, reduced waste, and a program with something for the wine people, the cocktail people, and everyone still deciding who they are.
