There’s a lot of history in this kitchen.

Our Lowell location, right across from Regis University, is the original Brooklyn’s Finest Pizza. It’s where it all started.

From Nick running the kitchen for nine years to Jesus holding down front of house for seven and a half, this place is built on people who know it inside and out.

Slices, salads, sauces, meatballs, fried favorites and everything in between. If the slice rack looks a little empty, you probably just missed the rush.

That first 18-inch pie came out exactly how it should.

Perfectly browned bottom. Solid structure. Finished with Pecorino and Italian salt.

Big pie. Proper crust. Brooklyn approved.

An 18-inch pizza with absolutely ZERO self control.

Canadian bacon, ground beef, ham, sausage, extra cheese, pepperoni… then we said screw it and added MORE cheese and pepperoni.

Hand stretched. New York style crust. Loaded properly.

Round pizza. Triangle slices. Square box. Don’t overthink it. Just eat it.
