A huge shoutout to the family behind me and my dream. It was a family effort to serve everyone as efficiently as possible yesterday. I am so grateful for their support and willingness to step in to make sure the day ran smoothly. From taste testing to packing and labeling to loading and unloading to serving and stocking, yesterday would not have happened without them. Our family kitchen was literally closed for 2 full days while I baked and they had zero complaints.
